Snookerdoodle loves the movie "Princess and a Popstar". She wakes up wanting to watch Kira, she cries to watch Kira, and she doesn't move from her spot, except to dance, while she watches Kira. It reminds me of Claire's love affair with Rella (Cinderella) and when Macy would request Rapunzel all day long. It is fun to see what the ladies gravitate toward. Lately the older girls love to watch old musicals like Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Singing in the Rain. It makes my heart glad when they request the movies that I adored growing up! They sing all the songs at the top of their lungs in the car and laugh about all the funny parts in the movie that make them seem so grown up to me. Mostly I love to sit down with a big bowl of popcorn surrounded by my ladies and enjoy a good movie night.
