Claire was so excited for her first day of first grade! She had her outfit picked out, her Spanish greeting ready, and heart necklace on. The night before her first day her daddy gave her a father's blessing and a heart necklace to remind her everyday how much her mom and dad love her. I can't believe she is old enough to be gone all day. My sweet helper, my sassy talker, and my little heart is off and growing up. I love this little lady and I am so glad she is loving school. Claire is doing dual immersion, which means she learns half of the day in Spanish and half of the day in English. She does her math and Spanish classes in Spanish and reading and English classes in English. She totally digs it. I totally dig her.
